Refund Policy

At High Peaks, we’re only happy when our customers are happy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can request a refund by emailing customerservice@highpeaks.com within 30 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number, and an explanation of why you would like a refund on the product/s, and a member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Shipping Error/Damage

If one or more of your products were damaged during shipping, email customerservice@highpeaks.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will replace the item/s free of charge. Please include your full name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item/s if possible. If you are unable to attach a photo, please include a description of the damage. A member of our team will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
