Refund and Returns Policy

We appreciate your purchase from High Peaks! Here’s all you need to know about our return policy. 

***IMPORTANT: Refunds and Returns Only Apply to Merchandise, Does Not Apply to Cannabis Products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days after the product is received. For lost packages, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If an error occurred on our part, the issue will be handled at our expense.

Return Address

By default, returned items are sent to the Printful facility. On receiving a returned shipment, you’ll get an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

If the courier finds the provided address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs fall under your responsibility after an updated address is confirmed. Similarly, for unclaimed shipments returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Sealed Goods

Due to health or hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks are not accepted for return. These items will be disposed of if returned.

Returned by Customer

We advise customers to contact us at info@highpeaks.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and returns or size exchanges are at your discretion and expense.
